Terms of Service
Effective date: September 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by El Dorado Tax Solutions LLC, 11080 Circle Point, Ste. 410, Westminster, CO 80020. We are a tax representation firm staffed by federally licensed Enrolled Agents.
2. No attorney-client relationship
El Dorado Tax Solutions is not a law firm and does not employ attorneys. Nothing on this site, and no communication with us, whether by form, phone, text, or email, creates an attorney-client relationship. We do not provide legal advice.
Enrolled Agents are licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and hold unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS in examination, collection, and appeals matters. That authority is administrative. It is not a license to practice law, and it does not extend to litigation, criminal defense, or bankruptcy. If your matter requires an attorney, we will tell you.
3. No engagement until it's in writing
Submitting the form on this site, speaking with an account executive, or receiving an initial case evaluation does not make you a client and does not obligate us to act on your behalf. We represent you only after both parties sign a written engagement agreement setting out the scope of work and the fee, and, where representation before the IRS is required, after IRS Form 2848 (Power of Attorney) is executed and filed.
Until an engagement is signed, you remain solely responsible for your own filings, deadlines, and responses to the IRS. Deadlines do not pause because you contacted us.
4. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee any particular result. We cannot and do not promise that the IRS will accept an Offer in Compromise, release a levy or garnishment, abate penalties, grant Currently Not Collectible status, or reduce your balance by any amount.
Outcomes depend on your individual financial circumstances, your filing compliance, the accuracy and completeness of what you give us, statutory eligibility criteria, and the discretion of the taxing authority. Results described on this site or in reviews reflect the facts of those cases and are not typical, promised, or predictive of yours.
5. Scope of services
Subject to a signed engagement, our services may include:
- Obtaining and analyzing IRS account and wage-and-income transcripts.
- Representation before the IRS and state tax agencies in collection and examination matters.
- Preparation and filing of current and prior-year tax returns.
- Requests for levy and wage garnishment release.
- Installment agreements, Currently Not Collectible requests, penalty abatement requests, and Offers in Compromise.
- Collection Due Process and Equivalent Hearing requests.
We do not provide legal representation, criminal defense, bankruptcy services, consumer debt settlement, credit repair, or investment advice.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete, and timely information. Our work product is only as good as what you provide.
- Forward IRS and state notices promptly. Many carry short statutory deadlines.
- Meet the terms of any arrangement we establish for you, including payment plan terms and future filing and payment compliance. Defaulting typically reinstates collection.
- Pay fees as agreed in your engagement.
7. Fees
Fees are quoted in your written engagement agreement before work begins. We do not charge a percentage of any amount saved. Government filing fees and IRS user fees, where they apply, are separate and are disclosed to you.
8. Communications and consent
By submitting your phone number you consent to be contacted about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone call, text, and automated or prerecorded means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
